We offer a wide range of moulded doors in smooth and woodgrain finish, and a huge choice of styles and sizes. They’re available as single-leaf doors, pairs or bi-folds, and with glazed options.

You can also choose between standard core construction, fire doors, and middleweight and heavyweight cores.

Newark

Our new Newark moulded door has been developed on the success of our popular Oregon oak cottage door. Authentic in its appearance, the Newark features a subtle graining pattern coupled with stile and rail joints as a feature. The door is suitable for both traditional and contemporary homes and is available with a standard core construction, middleweight and heavyweight option or for added safety in the home as an FD30* or FD60* fire door. The Newark is not available in a bi-fold.

Linea

The Linea moulded range is the ultimate in contemporary styling. Its smooth finish, coupled with clean horizontal lines, gives this door a complete designer look. The door is available with a standard core construction, middleweight and heavyweight option or for added safety in the home as an FD30* or FD60* fire door. The Linea is not available in a bi-fold.

Cube

The Cube moulded door range has been developed with contemporary design in mind. The simple yet effective geometric square design coupled with a smooth finish makes this door stand out in a room. The door is available with a standard core construction, middleweight and heavyweight option or for added safety in the home as an FD30* or FD60* fire door. The Cube is not available in a bi-fold.

Rockport smooth

An exclusive elegant five-panel smooth design that gives a subtle contemporary moulded appearance within the home. This style of door is available with a standard core construction, middleweight option or for added safety in the home as an FD30* and FD60* fire door. Glazed Doors to match this range are available.

Arlington smooth

A popular six-panel smooth design with an enhanced profile to provide a truly traditional look. This style of door is available with a standard core construction, middleweight and heavyweight options, or for added safety in the home as an FD30* and FD60* plus our 35mm fire door. To complement the standard moulded door there is also a bi-fold option and a wide choice of glazed doors.

Atherton smooth

A traditional smooth four-panel design. This style of door is available with a standard core construction, middleweight and heavyweight options or for added safety in the home as an FD30* and FD60* plus our 35mm fire door. To complement the standard moulded door there is also a bi-fold option.

Cambridge smooth

A modern two-panel square design. This style of door is available with a standard hollowcore construction, middleweight and heavyweight options or for added safety in the home as an FD30* and FD60* plus our 35mm FD30 fire door.

The Cambridge is not available in the bi-fold option.

Camden woodgrain

A two-panel door with woodgrain effect. The arched top style offers a traditional look for the home. This style of door is available with a standard core construction, middleweight option or for added safety in the home as an FD30* and FD60* plus our 35mm fire door. To complement the standard moulded door there is also a bi-fold option and a wide choice of glazed doors.

Bostonian woodgrain

A popular six-panel woodgrain design providing a traditional style that suits most situations. This style of door is available with a standard core construction, middleweight and heavyweight options or for added safety in the home as an FD30* and FD60* plus our 35mm fire door. To complement the standard moulded door there is also a bi-fold option.

Oakfield woodgrain

A traditional woodgrain four-panel design. This style of door is available with a standard hollowcore construction, middleweight and heavyweight options or for added safety in the home as an FD30* and FD60* fire door. To complement the standard moulded door there is also a bi-fold option and a wide choice of glazed doors.

Mobility - Wider doors

1981 x 864mm (6'6" x 2'x10") sized doors are available for mobility situations.

Smooth

Smooth-skin doors can be decorated using normal painting methods, they are base coated as standard. They are not suitable for staining, and not available fully factory-finished.

Woodgrain

Woodgrain moulded doors are available for paint or stain finish and are available fully factory finished.

Fire Doors

FD30* fire-rated doors and one-hour FD60* fire doors are available in all popular designs.

*FD30/FD60 WHEN FITTED IN APPROPRIATE FRAME WITH INTUMESCENT STRIPS IN JAMBS AND HEAD OR TOP AND LONG EDGES OF DOOR.

Pairs

All moulded doors, standard and glazed, are suitable for use as paired doors and we offer doors with rebated meeting stiles for the perfect fit. We also offer moulded paired doors with fire ating to FD30*, both standard and glazed, these are not rebated. For full details of the range of options available please contact our sales office.

Glazed

Moulded doors are available with glazed panels to match our moulded door styles, so if you would like Atherton panel doors in your home with glazed doors to match, then we have them in our range. Glazed doors come in designs from plain to contemporary or traditional styles and allow you to select the door to complement your home. All our glass complies to the safety standard BS6206.

Core Construction

Our standard range of doors come in a standard core construction, for added weight doors are also available with a middleweight or heavyweight core. This semi solid, or solid construction gives improved stability and reduces sound transmission.
